Mamata Yoga’s Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training is widely recognized as one of Canada’s specialized prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher training programs. With over 12 years of experience instructing prenatal yoga classes, prenatal education courses and anatomical alignment principles for mothers during pregnancy, Mamata Yoga has a reputation of leading mothers into a safe and mindful prenatal practice, both on and off the mat. We are elated to be expanding our knowledge with a online prenatal yoga teacher training program to spread the love worldwide!

Mamata Yoga ensures quality and integrity throughout all of our teacher training options and our online program is no exception. With 15 hours of instructed recordings connecting with Clare Newman (E-RYT 500) and Heidi Mason (Physiotherapist and RYT 200) this interactive program allows for informative discussion and shared experiences allowing every trainee the support and knowledge needed to teach prenatal yoga with confidence and ease.

Our Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training program can be completed at your own pace. With 15 hours of instructional recordings and 10 hours of assignments completed through the manual and workbook provided, this comprehensive program aims to ensure quality and knowledgeable instruction. Connecting online through our private meeting centre, each trainee can access and download the recordings and PDF file of the manual and work at their own pace. Throughout the week complete a number of assignments, interviews, readings and practicum classes within your own busy schedule or download the recordings for review now and in the future. Mamata Yoga strongly believes in the mentorship of our trainees so guidance is constant, whether the support be from our interactive classroom where questions are posted and answered or through our 1 hour private session with Clare Newman offered throughout the program.
