Rejuvenate, Relax and Renewal!  Join a lovely group of amazing women for this yoga retreat in the mountains Friday, Nov 3rd - Sunday, November 5th, 2023 in Nordegg, Alberta!

• Shared Accommodations (all rooms have 1 Queen or Kind Bed and 2 sets of bunk beds). 
• Daily Yoga + Activities 
• 3 Healthy Meals and Snacks! 

Enjoy this beautiful stay at the Acorn Mountain Chalet located near the Coliseum Mountain in Nordegg Alberta.

Quietly reflect with a Gentle morning Yoga practice with reflection guided by Clare Newman, hike or snowshoe during our afternoon excursion and enjoy a sunset yoga practice to rejuvenate from the day!

We'll star-gaze at night, make s'mores on the outdoor fire, laugh and dance!  Nutritious meals are prepared each day, and light refreshments are provided, but do bring some of your favourites.  

Our retreat stats on Friday evening or whenever you would like to arrive (anytime after 2:00 pm) and we're relaxing until Sunday at 4:00 pm!  

You'll need to bring the following: 

• Yoga props (mat, blocks and bolsters or pillows) 
• Your preferred snacks and drinks.  
• A notebook and one of you most sacred items to place on the altar.
