Clare is amazing, her passion and love for what she does shines in her teacher training. I learned so much from her and I truly feel that she shifted me as a teacher and a woman.
I enjoyed Clare’s enthusiasm and knowledge on prenatal and postnatal yoga, both moms and babes. Clare is a wonderful facilitator of learning, and made the whole training both accessible to everyone and fun. I am very grateful for her collaboration with other health care professionals and yoga teachers. I would highly recommend this training to anyone wanting to teach prenatal or postnatal yoga.
I absolutely loved this training, especially taking it as someone who hasn’t had kids. It brings in amazing women and offers a space for discussion and interaction with the trainer and other trainees on topics like birth, changes in the body, and pose accessibility. This training was AMAZING and Clare is AMAZING. I felt like I had gained so much information to make me well prepared as a prenatal yoga teacher.
