Mamata Yoga is committed to providing mothers/parents, teachers and leaders within the birthing community with enlightened education to help make more informed choices during the perinatal journey. All of the workshops being offered with Mamata Yoga have been chosen with the specific intention to help educate and inform mothers/parents in specific topics by professionals in their field of practice!

Our motto has always been ‘We’re stronger as a Community’ so we’ve collaborated with profound teachers and educators in the perinatal, birthing and postpartum fields from all over the globe to help you feel more knowledgeable and confident to make choices that are right for you, your baby and your family.

Meet other mothers/parents, teachers and educators from all over the globe as all of our workshops are offered LIVE via Zoom!! If you cannot attend LIVE, that’s ok! All of our workshops are recorded and a link will be sent should you miss any LIVE content! You can download the workshop for any future reference!

This is a 7 week series each Monday afternoon
from 1:00 – 3:00 pm MST via Zoom!

This is a 7 week series each Thursday evening

Prenatal Yoga Classes

This is a 6 week series each Wednesday afternoon
from 10:00 – 11:15  am MST via Zoom!

*All participants MUST have approval from their health care provider/OBGYN or Midwife to enrol in the class!

Classes includes:

  • Gentle Yoga Movement during each trimester!
  • Breath-work to prepare for labour and birth!
  • Guided meditation to connect to your baby!
  • Connection with other global mama’s/parents!
  • Educational classes with a focus on how to be safe in your daily movements while pregnant!

Postnatal Yoga Classes

This is a 6 week series with or without babies each Tuesday afternoon from 10:00 – 11:15  am MST via Zoom!

*All participants MUST have approval from their health care provider/OBGYN or Midwife to enrol in the class!  Must be a minimum of 6 weeks postpartum to register.

Classes includes:

  • Gentle Yoga Movement for postpartum health + healing!
  • Breath-work to help calm and quiet the mind!
  • Guided meditation to connect to YOU and your baby!
  • Connection with other global mama’s/parents!
  • Pelvic Floor stability!
  • Healing from the Inside – out!
  • Healthy Core Rehabilitation Exercises!
  • Educational classes on how to help create more strength – mindfully!
