Our LIVE Online 25 hr Perinatal Yoga teacher trainings were created for those that prefer to learn with an educated teacher present/live or 'in-person'.
During our LIVE trainings, collaborate as a group with your co-hort, ask questions and practice teaching! These interactive trainings ensure you are confident and knowledgable to lead people in your birthing community!

Can't join LIVE? That's ok! Log into your personal dashboard and access the recordings the next day! Included in your tuition is FREE access to our Online Perinatal Yoga Studio to obtain observation hours!
REQUIREMENTS
If you are an existing Yoga Alliance teacher, you may use the 25 hrs towards CEU's. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate obtain employment + liability insurance to teach. We are a Registered Yoga School.
Meet Clare
Hello!
My name is Clare Newman and I've been passionate about leading ALL people through the practice of yoga since I became a student 23 years ago.
For the last 17 years I've been teaching yoga professionally while raising my three children. I teach ALL styles of yoga practices but my heart + soul both loves + honours functional movement.
As a mother to three vivacious children, my passion has always been teaching in the Prenatal + Postnatal community, helping to educate and inspire other mothers, parents, teachers and educators.
Combining both the wisdom of yoga and my experience as a Birth + Postpartum Doula, I created Mamata Yoga in 2011 while pregnant with my second child.
I've been certifying teachers and birth workers globally for 10 years since launching my online trainings in 2017.
