Shared accommodations, 3 daily meals, tuition cost and training manual!

Each with a private bed.  Choose either a queen or bunk bed option.  Each room has it's own private bathroom with shower!

Each day a daily menu is set for a nutritious breakfast,  lunch and dinner.  

We offer two options.  Regular (with meat or poultry) and vegetarian options.  

There are gluten free options with most meals.  Our meals consist of lettuce wraps, pulled pork or jack fruit, meat or vegetarian lasagnas and gluten free and/or freshly bakes muffin to name a few.  

Please bring preferred specific drinks and snack of your choice.  

We offer freshly brewed tea throughout the day but if you crave something specific, please bring with you!

No alcohol is permitted during the training week but a celebration will be had on our last evening!  

Yes!  The accommodations are shared!  

There are 4 large bedrooms, 2 on each floor.  Each has a king or queen bed and a spacious bunk bed for 2.  

We're only allowing 3 people in each room to ensure proper spacing.  

The queen + king bed will be reserved for any pregnant trainees!

This is an inclusive trainings that loves and adores all mothers, birthing people and beings!  

We take great pride in creating a non-judgmental space to learn and grow.  If you're called to this training, we would be honoured to have you join our amazing 10 day retreat.

There are only 10 spots, which means we grow, connect and share our guidance during this time together.  In order to keep the co-hesion of the group, please show up with an open heart and the willingness to learn.  

We only honour full refunds if there is a medical reason for no longer attending the weekend or a full refund will be issued if your spot can be filled.

If the spot cannot be filled we will keep a non-refundable deposit of $600 and the difference will be refunded.

Please bring your personal yoga props such as a bolster, chip foam blocks, cork or wood blocks, yoga strap, mat and blanket.  

A journal and writing material such as pens, highlighters etc.  A comprehensive training manual will be presented on the first day. 

Sunscreen, bug spray and hats are recommended as we do practice quite a bit under the yoga pergola (weather dependant) as well as warmer clothing for around the fire.  

Bathing suit should you want to go in either of the two hot tubs.  Running or hiking shoes for some of out evening excursions to the waterfalls!

The town of Golden is a 10 minute drive should you forget any items.  

Yes!  This training is the 85 hr Yoga Alliance Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training! 

You will complete the training (85 hours) over the 10 days.  

When you return home, you will need to complete 20 hours of class observation, write a written assignment - all submitted for review!  

Clare will hand out the certificates on the last day should everyone graduate!

The next step is to complete 30 hours of teaching Prenatal Yoga classes (required by Yoga Alliance).

Upon completion, you will upload your certificate and apply for the RPYT (Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher) designation with Yoga Alliance.

You can begin your practicum hours as soon as you register!  Complete this training over the summer and get ready for a busy fall! 

Our day begins with a nutritious breakfast prepared for you between 6 - 7:30 am.  

Training hours:  8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Lunch:12:30 - 1:15 pm

Dinner:  6:15 pm 

Free time after dinner!

Team building activities throughout the week include hikes to the waterfalls, wolf sanctuary and sunset fires.  

Your evenings are your own.  Games around the fire, hot tubing or a quiet evening with a book!
