Postnatal Yoga

Mamata Yoga offers LIVE weekly Yoga classes from the comforts of your home to our own! Find a quiet space in your home each week, load up on pillows (or yoga props), grab your favourite warm fuzzy blanket, dim the light, play your favourite music and come join us and other like minded women + beings for our Postpartum Yoga Classes. All are welcome to join any of our online yoga classes, no previous yoga experience is required. Each class will be recorded if you cannot attend LIVE and a link to the recording will be emailed within 24 hours.

Mom/Parent + Baby Yoga

Come and join other global mothers and parents for this online weekly postnatal yoga class to soothe your body, mind and spirit! This gentle yoga practice is suitable for all stages of postpartum healing offering pose modifications, breathwork to ease anxiousness and mindfulness techniques to calm the mind.

About the Class 

Invite your babies into this fun-filled yoga class where we start with Baby Yoga + Massage and move towards postures just for mama’s/parents! It’s a little bit for everyone! Babies sleeping? No problem, come and enjoy all the movement!

These corrective movement classes are designed for those 9 months + within their postpartum healing journey looking to build more focused awareness on strength, recovery and awareness. Join other global mothers and parents for this online weekly movement class!

About the Class 

Learn functional movement techniques, suitable breathwork to support pressure and loads and strengthening postures to stabilize muscles that were weakened during pregnancy.
