Mamata Yoga offers LIVE weekly prenatal yoga classes online from the comforts of your home to our own! Find a quiet space in your home each week, load up on pillows (or yoga props), grab your favourite warm fuzzy blanket, dim the light, play your favourite music and come join us and other women + beings for our Prenatal Yoga Classes. All are welcome to join any of our online yoga classes, no previous yoga experience is required. Each class will be recorded if you cannot attend LIVE and a link to the recording will be emailed within 24 hours.
